I'd like to introduce our first guest ever on The Vegan Gym Podcast, our good friend Fraser Bayley.
Fraser is a former butcher turned vegan bodybuilder. He’s overcome extreme adversity to become a legend in the vegan bodybuilding world. He and his wife Lauren are the founders of Evolving Alpha, a movement that’s proving to the world that you can become strong, healthy, and super fit while living a life full of compassion.
Beyond being a vegan nutritionist and strength coach, Fraser is the epitome of a vegan badass. Not only is he super freaking jacked, he’s also an incredibly loving, down to Earth guy.
