Nicole: I was instructed to practice every night is I release my unconscious emotions of guilt and blame. So back to my daily experiences with obligations, right? And for me, that's my reminder to release the guilt, the blame or whatever it is I was holding myself hostage around. Nicole: It really does happen in those quick moments that you only have access to when you practice consciousness.
