The Importance of Regular Exercise for Muscle Growth
Training can keep us young. Yeah, 100%. And even though we're seeing that we're going to be a little bit later in less elastic. We're going to have less say speed, especially for trail runners or ultra marathon. Keep good optimum performance but as you said, it's important not to get disheartened with these things. All these are reversible with some training and it's actually more important to lean into it as we get older.
