How to Use Nerve Flushing to Gain Flexibility

Nerve flossing is pulling your nerves from one direction, and then you're pulling them from the other. It helps to desensitize your body to that range of motion which would allow you to spend some time in that range ofmotion and gain flexibility. If you do a little bit of nerve flossing and then you do your hamstring flexibility workout, you're going to get so much more out of it than you would otherwise. Yeah. So I should have mentioned this with the hamstring flexibility one. Well explained.
