Is There a Barrier to Weight Training?

If we can make exercising more, i dont y want to use the word liberal, but more different, like not so rigid, it may reduce a barrier to people coming into it. Think of somebody looking in to the fitness community who is not training and what do they see? Like they see, oh my gosh, is this going to be too difficult for me? Am I able? Im i going to be able to learn these highly complex, specific ways to do weight training? Am? They're barriers.
