Is There a Competitors Nearby?
How often do you see a McDonald's and a Hungry Jack's right next to each other? They are where the market is. From what I've seen, it doesn't actually matter if there's a competitor next door or 200 meters down the road. So set up your hot dog stand outside the nightclubs at 2am or in Pilates,. You know, gears that is set up your Pilates studio in a suburb or a locality where your target demographic live. Your target demographic should partly be defined by they can afford, they have a hair on fire problem that you can help them with and they can afford to pay you to help them solve that problem.
