The patients drive this in a lot of ways. Not so much in Ghana and I've started in relation with Nigeria. In that culture, you don't talk about your health problems. You're going to be more important in that context to convince the physicians to send patients. When I see that the patients can refer themselves or convince their doctors to send them.
