We tend to blame other people for the things that happen to us, and it's not going to change anything. What we need to do is to not assign the blame. You can figure out where it went wrong on your end unless it's something I did. And if they still wanna hit a certain deadline, even though they were four days late, typically what I can do is say, here are a few areas that I'm gonna need responses from you.
