The diaphragm is the most important nerve in our body. It connects to the vaguest nerve, which i feel like i'm getting my phd. And everybody should focus on this new vagus, not las vegus. This is the new vagus beta. I love that. It needs to be the new vegas specially in 20 21. The new vagus needs to be breath. Oh my gosh. So oresting, yes. Once you try this several times, though, again, just like breath, or just like fasting, it becomes second nature because you see and feel how great it is for your mind and your body.
