How to Stick Point During Exercises
The leanest that you can sustain and perform to your best ability at that level is basically the leanest. How do you work on sticking points during exercises? I do a lot of post repetitions for the sticking point for example in the pull-ups my sticking point is where the bar is at my eye level so I like to pause there and then just start the movement from there. Also put some tempo repetitions it's not directly to for the sticking points but I like to have the proper position while you're going through a sticking point.
