The first thing you're going to want to look for is like what is our strategy? How are we gonna grow? And then again, assessing your creativity. So if they're coming up with a strategy around content, you gotta buy the content. That's the first metric. I'd say within 90 days, you want to have that plan. Moving forward, you're gonna measure against that plan. Like are we getting traffic? Were we, did we make any mistakes in our forecast and our estimates? If it's a startup, you can have things like 100 to 200% of growth. If this is a existing company with already has tons of organic traffic, maybe it's more manageable
