What's the Difference Between Assistance and Support?

Like some of the other companies like potentially Home Depot, for example, a little bit of both kind of, you know, like pre and post booking. Even though we might have like the virtual assistance that help you with certain things, it's like we still need to understand what's happening when you get to that live agent as well. So looking at all of those kind of like assistance in different areas as opposed to multiple assistance doing different things.
