Sleep Is Important, but Is It Really Important?

This is a two week trial. And you know what's crazy? This was just in two weeks to have a significant visceral fat change. Imagine poor habits over a lifetime. You can see why people get chronic illnesses over years and decades. I think 15% of the population has type 2 diabetes, 25% non alcoholic fatty liver disease. These are diseases that are affecting a lot of people. So it's a reminder that our health is very multi factorial. Nutrition is important, but here we see that sleep is very important.
