The Benefits of Mindfulness Meditation

And it's this balance of not getting overwhelmed by their feelings, but also being able to be present with pain in others. Most people pull back and turn off when they're confronted with someone who's in that state. But if you're really compassionate, you stay present with the person. You can, for example, hospice workers, people who are dying. I need this very much.
