White training is not just about getting the ego in that one session. It's about the accumulation of sessions over weeks and months to get the end result. We can really precisely hit a specific muscel group. You can train unilaterally, which is something that often o you can do it simply just by doing alistenic using your own body weight. I used to use weights as well for loaded stretching. I don't any more. M and ious wait for rehab and bihab work.
