I think that technology and screen time can open a lot of doors and provide a lot of enriching content. Like YouTube, like if you're committed to learning a new craft or just being of someone who's handy and learns how to do lots of stuff. So I'm not all saying we should get rid of this stuff by any means. But let's say you're playing a song, you're learning how to play the guitar and it's a very analog experience. Isn't that kind of chasing a dopamine hit too? Once you get it right, it's just an immediate rush of kind of feeling good.
