If you're addicted to social media, focus on what your identity is. Pay attention to why you are on social media in each moment. Even just once a day would be incredibly powerful. We got in such an unconscious habit of it that we barely even notice. So there are two options ihave. The first is to just be ok with being bored. The second is to actually solve for the bordom and make my life more interesting so i'm not bored as often.
