Harold: I think Agile is one approach used appropriately that can sort of advance the bigger picture change in a workplace. We have to find ways of trusting people as humans and not just, oh, another person from IT, you're one of those kinds of people type of things. And again, we talked about the performance measurement system. There's the pay and benefits. The more transparency we have, the easier it is for us to address any of the issues.
