Pacing is the most effective and front line treatment for things like chronic fatigue cindrome. pacing just means listening to your body, respecting your limits. And we have many people that are running well beyond their prime days now. Their fastest days are behind them, but the challenges are always in front of them. You know, there's no reason that yno can't be the best pacer in a race. The person who ran the best race may not have been the mid-pack winner or the last finisher. But yes, you can get better and better and better at 100 per cent.
