There's a lot of things that I feel and deal with on a day-to-day basis that others don't. My boyfriend is not depressed. He doesn't suffer the same mental illness that I do. How I interpret and react to things is going to be very different than how he does. It doesn't mean you need to drop how you feel just because they don't think you have a reason for feeling that way. Sometimes your big problem seems very small to them and that's okay.
