Getting Results With Less Is More

I found that, especially for more advanced stretching, that less is more. People don't make results doing the same thing over and ganme. I think he says, six workhouse, repeating a workhouse six times is for most people where they get benefit from it. But i would say, like beginners, young training can benefit from doing it eight, ten, 12 times repeated. If you may be like yourself, you've been training for like eight years, you're going to need a little bit more difference to get progress.
