How to Eat Sweet Potatoes

Since we got the air fryer I slice them up I pop them in the air fryers Well yeah, I'm about 72% Irish And I just like a nice Potatoes are in the bowl I like a plain potato I like a simple, just air fried potato Little salt Dipping them in the ketchup Perfect It's a great side Are we eating sweet potatoes Or yams though? Because I never know which is which Is it the orange or like the yellow? We only get orange Which one is that? Uhh French fries and ketchup What about sweet potato fries?
