The Effects of Protein on Muscle Protein Synthesis Overnight

There have been studies that compared like K-seen to a placebo and found protein is better than nothing when it comes to muscle protein synthesis. A few years back I think maybe 2014 or so there was a study comparing the muscle protein synthesis effects of cooked versus uncooked egg whites. That led to the assumption that therefore cook eggs should cause more growth over time than raw eggs but they didn't. There's no difference between higher and lower quality proteins in terms of hypertrophy, which some people believe would mean you'd grow more muscle if you had an animal based diet.
