How Do You Train Your Feet?
The soleus and the tibialis are massive parts of the system because those are down there below the knee. If your ankle can't move, it becomes like very hard to train the knee. And if you want to develop mutant strong feet, one of the simplest things you could do is like take a shoes up, grab a kettlebell of whatever weight you can tolerate, and standing on one leg, pass it in circles around your body. Do as many of those as you can. That will light up your hip and your foot like nothing else before.
