Do You Have a Visual Visualization for Triathlon Training?

The first thing we hear about visual visualization is to visualize different scenarios in a race so let's say maybe you visualize having a flat tire or maybe it raining on the day and you still being able to take the descent well on the bike like that sort of thing. Do you recommend doing that kind of multiple scenarios including overcoming obstacles or how you deal with with certain obstacles? I'd always encourage you to be thinking about that in your training, he says. "If you invest that time on a scenario such as that what we know from the science is that it's likely that if that happens to you on race day you've kind of mentally been there already"
