The Romanian witch industry has been under attack. A proposed law to regulate and tax the witches passed in one chamber parliament before stalling out. Then came another proposal, arguing that witches should be penalized if predictions they make don't turn out to be true. Vlad Mixoch is a reporter in Bucharest, the capital of Romania.
