i always want to be able, whether it's in running or something else, like be able to feel like a, this is pushing my body to, like, too near the limit right now. And i think that as you get older, that becomes really important to in mind too. At some point your body makes it harder to do those things from a purely fitness perspective. So maybe the key for someone in their fifties or sixties or seventies is just to do 30 minute brisk walks every day. But then in some other area of their life to do it. It's almost like the reverse of all the fads.
