The more you practice is that what you found absolutely so for example when I teach people one-on-one I would encourage a package of four sessions and they can be short sessions but once a week with me for four weeks it takes one or two weeks to understand what this is all about well what is it. By the second session they're familiar with it by the third session okay there's a comfort and by the fourth I think they're off on their way and they've experienced the benefits, Sam says.
