Where do you sit between being curious and incurious? Ye. And polar rapids, like opposite ends of the spectrum from each other. I similar if you're dealing with your your clients, your existing clients, and ye, you have retention issues,. Or are you leading with your curiosity to find out what are the challenges in the blockers to increase usage of your product that then can stimulate a conversation? You call it a state. I so called a mind set. But i agree with you, in individuals, it's a mind set shift that supports a shift in behavior. Yes. That's just what i i've always done.
