Agile - The North Star

So many organizations, I feel that we're just trying to level side to survive with the way the employees could touch you. We now break those down on a monthly basis and we work in monthly agile sprints to achieve our mission. And so we constantly being it. What, what, what young ambitious companies do is pivot. We need to be doing these micro pivots, which collectively then add up to real transformation as an organization.
