Not everybody has the same predisposition, as we mentioned about fat storage. You might some people have abs at 15, 18%. They store their fat, preferably maybe in their arms and legs more. Others might have to get down to 9% or 8% to see their abdominals. It might be a little extreme. But by then, they might start to feel pretty tired and fatigued and have low T. We see that commonly when we study body builders pre-contest. So it's not the healthiest thing to be 98% body fat. No. I agree with that.
