How to Have Successful Training on the Road
Don't rush through your warm up. If you're used to doing certain mobility or preparation exercises beforehand, make sure you still do those. I'm always just happy if I have a good workout. Like, I don't necessarily look at the numbers I'm hitting or how close they were to what I had planned for that day. It's really hard to have like the day you want to have in a completely foreign facility than you are used to living in. Unless you just really thrive on that, it's going to be pretty, pretty tough.
