The risk is so much greater for those individuals who are really strong. So you really have to be careful in terms of, you know, what you're doing. And if we can keep them healthy, if we can kept them feeling good, you sort of move that line a little bit further back where, how do I say this? For me, a lot of that comes back to load management. That's kind of the main lever that I'll pull for that myself in my own practice.
