Ollie: How does this what you've learned about the limits of working memory play out in your teaching? Ollie: It really just means that I try to build in and I'm lucky enough to the school that I work at is very good at this as well. So it's really about trying to give students enough exposure to content over time. But also another thing is giving them and helping them to over-learn it and especially over-learn the core content, because that helps to really, really better down. Craig: One of my kind of things I'm thinking about a lot at the moment, Alina, is how do we get our kids on board with this
