How to Use Scripted Questions and Standardized Interview Questions

The idea of course is not to necessarily come up with a with the question that is that has a clear right or wrong answer right because then it it may enhance this social desirability when they answer. So you want to ask it in a way that you can kind of really gauge what what they're about as well too and so I know for example I think we've talked a little bit about either using behavior based questions or situationally based questions. That's a really great way so that it's not it's not a clear cut answer that you're looking for but it's a great way to be able to gauge some of those attributes that you really want to get at.
