Search and Discovery for Machine Learning Streaming

There are many different teams doing search and discovery. Frequently they'll have an R&D team, they'll have like a practice team that will implement what the research team has done to different models. And then frequently they separate the organic team from the ads team. Typically there will be search and discover at least they won't call it search and discovery for ads,. They'll call it ads ranking and ads targeting. Maybe it's easier to talk more about smaller company, let's say like a door dash or like an Airbnb.
