I think it starts with a real intention of community. It's coming from the store owner. He wants to transform. We don't want to sweep in and say, this is what you need to do. So that's all part of a very intentional process. And who has the power? Who owns the stores?Who has the power to make the change which means we need to make investments? Absolutely.
