Cardio Training - I Love It!

At one point i got blood work done, like promlyin early two thousand 19. My clestrall wasn't good, and my blood pressure wasn't that good either. There's a genetic roll that plays into that with clustral and blood pressure. It runs in my family. I knew to figure something out. I went plant based. I went crazy with cardial and arobic training. And it was he way for us out. We were living in downtown ela at the time. So fast moving city, a lot going on, and we liked outdoors. Loved it. Kept it in the peaks.
