Is There a Place for That Kind of Training?
At what point do we stop caring about velocity of the final rap, or all the wraps, and care about grinding something out? Or it just seems like the mole people i speak to, the less they seem to be talking about the grinding outside of things. Ye, i don't think there's really a place to be thetsur th. There's a place for stuff like that at some point, but it's not necessary inaway lifters, right? That kind of training doesn't necessarily doesn't nesesrally, show itself very often.
