Intermitent Fasting and the Effects on the Brain

Exercise has more profound beneficial effects, at least on my mental health, then intermittent fasting. Without exercise, even though i am doing daily, time restricted eating, and my body weights own, i im still yet showing these bad changes without the exercise. When i exercise, it almost, almost exclusively for the brain benefits. And the amod a, the ter and am the other things are kind of healthy side effects for me. But i really want to thank you, mark, for your wealth of knowledge and all the research you have done over the ears.
