The Transformation of Relationships
Psychologists relate things arbitrarily but there are whole learning history then with the things that we relate them to transforms into this like yeah that Madra word now means this thing so everything about that now can become into the room when I say Madra to you. You know if all sorts of reactions to speaking about remembering a past event because these effects will transform across these words and it's not yourself that's going to be annihilated, it's just that these are thoughts and feelings can lean into that from this safer broader stable sense of self.
