Is Progressive Overload the Best Way to Gain Muscle?
Power building is for both genders and especially with the guys, the entrepreneurs that I work with, they love this stuff because it's literally the lazy man's way of getting the best results. The big seven to me are the squat, the bench, the deadlift, the overhead press, the chin up, a certain dip motion, and a hip thrust.
