Do you think people can just run any way they want to? No, no, i really don't. You put someone in an environment with a coach who has different training intensities, different paces and that the body will figure it out. So the coach sha leave the coach in for running. Could we say the same thing with a dead lifting? Do we do we need to coach anybodyo to do a dead lift? Or do we give em a variety of different ways of lifting things at various different loads, various different intensities, and let ther let their body and their system self organize? And then you could say, wawatis and a run or do that.
