How to Get More Steps in Your Cardio Workout

You need to be in like the one 10 to 120 range. You can get more steps in if you train in a gym. There's a lot of steps that can be picked up. It's not hard to get you 10,000 steps with the hypertrophy clients that you're working with That have not exclusively just stayed in that training domain. How are you introducing them to the maximal strength type of training? I always start with what everybody calls a double progression model.
