Developing Flexibility and Resilient Skills

Technology changes so fast that if you don't build in some flexibility and some mobility, that you can end up with a real problem. So teaching them those flexibility, resilient skills is, i think, part of the process too. A lot of times there's emotions and reactions to things that we maybe haven't really been dealing with. And so when they come through the digital functe framework, there's usually something where people have a moment at some point for they're like, ha, i didn't know i was doing that. Or, i don't want to look at that thing.

Creating a successful course requires attention to market demand, but how do you know what that demand is, and how can you provide solutions within a client’s comfort zone? Sometimes the missing piece is a little outside of where you are looking. Mary Williams, founder of Sensible Woo, discovered opportunities to use what did resonate with clients in an effort to help them with challenges outside their comfort zone.

In this episode, Mary, Danny and Abe discuss looking past the obvious issue and digging into why your clients are facing the challenges they are facing. Mary describes how she engineered a framework for her course that helped her clients overcome challenges they could not clearly see by incorporating familiar and comfortable skills and concepts.
