Wingate Training Protocols Are Time Efficient

Wingate training protocols require about a 25 or 30 minute time commitment. So we wanted to come up with protocols that were unquestionably time efficient. The protocol, including warm up and cool down, is ten minutes start to finish. But within that ten minutes, you're doing one minute of very vigorous exercise.
