Nicolaus Mills: The vulnerabilities equities process is just theater and that there's still, as you say, a large thumb on the scale of hoarding over disclosing and patching. He says former NSA director Mike Rogers told him he doesn't lose sleep at night over what happened with the shadowbroker leaks. Mills: But I do think that it bears some responsibility to hold on to that code for more than five years knowing full well that you were fishing with dynamite in the hands of an adversary.
