What Is Respiratory Dead Space?

Every breath that we take, let's say that breath is one leader for our titl volume. Not all of that one leader is actually going into the lungs. About a hundred and 50 millimeters, 15 % of that one leaders are just going into that respiratory dead space. That refers to the part of the body, or the lungs, that does not exchange air with blood.
