How to Use a Patch to Measure Sweat Levels

The patch is the main piece that's an adhesive piece, you literally peel a backing off and stick it to your arm. Attached to that is a small electronic component, which we call the pod. There's a nice little click when those are paired together, and those get stuck directly on the bicep.
