The idea of resting your gut, I think is really important. People snack less as well. And so the final guideline really is to reduce your dependence on ultra processed food. The average American gets about 60% of their calorie intake through ultra processed foods and it's probably 80% in children. These are things that get added every year. When being told they're safe and, you know, they're done to produce cheap long lasting products but have vastly gone over that balance of cheapness versus risk. They're the five things that people can do at a general level.
